Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Overview
Claytide is a private, offline cycle and health tracking app. This policy explains how your data is handled. The short version: it stays on your device and goes nowhere else.
Data collection
Claytide does not collect any personal data. There are no user accounts, no registration, and no login. Nothing you enter into the app is transmitted to any server, including mine.
Local storage
All data you log in Claytide is stored locally on your device only. This includes cycle data, symptoms, moods, journal entries, and any other information you choose to record. I have no access to this data at any time.
Third parties
Claytide has no third party integrations, no analytics platform, no advertising network, and no data sharing agreements of any kind. Your health data is never shared because there is no mechanism to share it.
Data deletion
You can delete all your data at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent and immediate. There is no server copy and no way to recover deleted data.
Data export
You can export your data as a JSON backup file or as a health record PDF at any time. These exports go directly to your device or wherever you choose to send them. I do not receive copies.
Children
Claytide is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. As Claytide collects no data from anyone, this is satisfied by design.
Jurisdiction
Claytide is an independent project made in Australia by one person. There are no servers anywhere and no data that exists outside your device. There is nothing to hand over because there is nothing to have.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
